At SRF we have a team of 20 members. We pride ourselves on the quality of the people we employee, and their vast array of skills and experience.

Our staff undertake regular training sessions to keep current on the ever changing taxation and compliance world. We regularly attend conferences and professional development sessions run by professional bodies in Sydney and Brisbane, and bring professional trainers to our offices in Moree to run sessions formulated to meet the specific needs of our staff and clients.

At SRF, we realise that “All work and No play” can make for a dull work place. So to keep the excitement, we not only have the annual Christmas and end of financial year parties, there are also regular golf days, tennis afternoons, bowls nights. Participation in local community events and clubs is also encouraged and supported by the practice. A flexible approach to work hours is also inbuilt to the firm culture , with many staff working varied hours to fit with their personal, family and study profiles.
